What it costs
Most practice software makes you sit through a call to find out. Here is the number.
Five practices can have it at $179. What going first is worth.
The price
$229 a month
Includes your first veterinarian and every member of support staff you have. Nurses, technicians, receptionists, practice manager, all of them, at any number, at no extra cost.
Each additional veterinarian is $79 a month.
| Veterinarians | Per month |
|---|---|
| One | $229 |
| Two | $308 |
| Three | $387 |
| Four | $466 |
| Five | $545 |
The price grows with veterinarians, not with the number of people needed to run the practice.
No minimum term. No setup fee. Pay monthly or yearly, and 30 days' notice to stop either way. If a renewal falls inside those 30 days it is charged, so leaving part way through a month usually means one last invoice and nothing after it. What leaving looks like.
One price
What is included
All of it. No feature tiers: splitting a small practice's software into good and better is a way of charging twice for one product. What that covers is the checklist on the product page, every capability and the four that carry a limit.
Client, patient and ownership-list migration too. Clinical history, appointments, invoices, payments and stock have no automatic path yet, and what we can move by hand is included as well, never quoted for. The switching page sets it out row by row.
A structured data export whenever you ask, with current coverage published in full.
What we do not charge for
Setup. Onboarding. Training. Client and patient-list conversion, with as many dry runs as you want. Extra support staff accounts. Getting your data back out.

Text messages
2,000 sends per veterinarian per month, pooled across the practice, so a busy month for one vet borrows from a quiet month for another. Beyond that, three cents a message.
Card processing
You connect your own Stripe account from your practice settings, and disconnect it whenever you like. Your dashboard, your funds, your disputes. We can raise a charge on your behalf and cannot touch your balance.
You pay Stripe's published rate, directly to them. Vetmira adds no percentage and takes nothing out of what you collect.
Up front
Paying annually
Pay for eleven months, get twelve. $2,519 a year for a solo practice, which is $229 you do not pay. Worth doing if the cash suits you, and not worth doing if it does not.
It is refundable. Cancel on the same 30 days' notice as any month, and the whole months you have not used after that come back to you. Paying up front buys a discount here, not a one-way door: if it bought both, the discount would be doing something other than what it says.
The long view
Three years, written out
We publish it here so you can work out the cost before a call rather than after one.

Two veterinarians pay $238 a month rather than $308. The price holds for twelve months from your first invoice, and we tell you before it goes to list.
We ask for nothing in return: no case study, no reference call, no logo on this site without asking. No minimum term, and 30 days' notice to cancel, the same as everybody else.
